My first experience with Associated Bag was over three years ago as the Production Manager for Sow Good Inc. We were a new company and needed something very specific the same day. Not only did someone answer the phone, but they were more helpful than anyone I had dealt with in my manufacturing career. They had the item stocked and waiting at will call by the time I could get to the distribution center. Now three years later in procurement for Global Gourmet Food Solutions, which had a vetted and established list of approved suppliers, Associated Bag yet again not only beat the lead time on a hard-to-find size/type of bag sealing tape but also beat their competitor’s cost considerably. This is to say nothing of their incredible customer service. It genuinely feels like they care as much about the business I am working for as I do. Any plant I visit I find a way to sneak in the questions “Who do you use for your poly liners? Where do you get your UPVC tape?” etc. If the answer isn’t Associated Bag Company, I am sorry but it’s wrong.
